Postdoctoral Research Center

Founded in February 1995, the Postdoctoral Research Center of Electric Engineering, which was approved by the State Ministry of Personnel and National Postdoctoral Management Committee, is the first of its kind in China’s electric power industry.

Graduate School

The graduate school of CEPRI was set up in 1978. In January 2001, it was authorized to confer master and doctoral degrees in electrical engineering. In the “Subject Evaluation Results of 2012” published by Ministry of Education, the overall academic level of electrical engineering discipline of CEPRI ranked top fifth.

Since its establishment, the school has enrolled 770 master students and 167 doctoral students. Most of them have played an active role in China’s power industry.
